Service A vs. Service B: Is There a Difference?

Yes, there’s a difference. Mercedes-Benz Service A is recommended after 10,000 miles or 1 year — whichever occurs first. Mercedes-Benz Service B is up next, and is recommended after 20,000 miles or 2 years — whichever occurs first. Throughout the life of your vehicle, you’ll alternate between these two service intervals. Many of the same services are covered under both intervals, but Service B includes a brake fluid exchange and a cabin dust/combination filter replacement.
